Como no parece que tengas mucha idea de como van las particiones, para
no complicarte lo mejor sería que hubieses hecho copia de los contenidos
de las particiones y haberlas creado de cero. Recuperando los contenidos
después de formatearlas. Yo creo que deberías intentar volver a tener
las particiones como al principio y usar el método que te he dicho.

luego borre las particiones de la 3 en adelante y las volvi a crear
como las necesitaba, teniendo en cuenta el cilindro de entrada y el de
salida, quedo de la siguiente manera:

Las particiones que estan dentro de la extendida funcionan bien, pero
la que salio no, si se miran los bloques, no coinciden, que puedo
hacer para volver a leer esta partición?, cual debio ser el
procedimiento a utilizar?
Utilize el gpart para ver las particiones y me dio este resultado
