Si no recuerdo mal, tienes que añadir la ruta /usr/local/kylix2/bin/ al PATH donde se buscan las librerías dinámicas: LD_LIBRARY_PATH Creo que el fichero kylixpath dentro de /usr/local/kylix2/bin/ lo hace automaticamente.
