Mira colega en mi caso yo lo tengo asi, en /etc/bind/named.conf tengo
todas las lineas comentadas menos estas dos:
include "/etc/bind/named.conf.options";
include "/etc/bind/named.conf.local";
Ahora en /etc/bind/named.conf.local tengo esto:
