Esta claro que tienes mal configurado los logs, en apache no los tienes como tipo combinado y awstats si, elije, o configuras tu apache para que utilize formato combined en los logs (e.j "CustomLog /var/log/httpd/agcapa.com-access_log combined" ) o poner LogFormat en 4 (o configurarte el logformat).
