les cuento que me baje el debian lenny, y pense que con eso se arreglaria... al instalar normal, pero al arrancar es el problema, se queda en esta linea:
[ 7.484007] [<c010253c>] cpu_idle+0x19/0xcb en el grub tengo esto: root (hd0,2) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.28-6-686 root=/dev/hda3 ro quiet initrd /boot/initrd.img.2.6.28-6-686 y cuando le pongo acpi=off me se queda en estas lineas: [ 7.504187] EIP: [<c0115165>] native_apic_write+0xe/0x11 SS: ESP 0068:6e4bbfa8 [ 7.504187] --[end trace c4aa115dff5da630]-- y cuando le pongo acpi=off generic.all_generic_ide=1 se queda en otras lineas parecidas... un dato curioso para mi... cuando veo el administrador de dispositivos en windows-->en equipo dice: "Monoprocesador ACPI de PC" tiene alguna relacion eso, al querer a apagar el ACPI en el grub. gracias por todo...
