Lo del nautilus, no tendra como en kde un dialogo de configuracion para estas cosas. Hay una cosa en tu smb.conf "security=" que igual llevo yo poniendo mal todo este tiempo, pero creo que cuando pone domain, server o user, se refiere a la palabra tal cual. No se, podría ser el problema.
