Buenas todos!!

Tengo una pagina web en donde he puesto una galeria de fotos. Resulta
que esta pagina tiene la opcion de enviar postales.

Bueno, el problema viene cuando quiero enviar una:

cada vez que lo hago recibo un email:

alguien tiene alguna idea de como hacer para que esto funcione?

No es la pagina por que he probado con instalacion limpia y no funciona....
