Gracias a Knoppix he podido entrar en mi fichero menu.lst y cambiar hda1(wXP) por hda2(SID) en la siguiente linea:
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.8-1-k7 root=/dev/hda1 ro Por lo visto el programa grubconf lo canvia sin consultar y no sé el porqué, pero ahora ya vuelvo a estar con Debian. Probé poniendo "boot" al final de cada apartado pero no sirvió de nada. Aún así, gracias Haplo. Saludos.
