O cdrecord está reconhecendo o seu CDRW como CDROM e não como
CDRW, por isso o k3b não o reconhece.
Verifique o conteúdo do /etc/cdrecord.conf e modifique a linha
que fala sobre o CDROM e o CDRW de forma que ele veja exatamente o seu
CDRW.
