Olá a todos,
Eu tenho uma webcam Microsoft Corp. LifeCam VX-1000 que funcionava
muito precariamente com o Ubuntu 8.04 - Hardy Heron.
Fazendo uma pesquisa no Google cheguei na página

Lá está dito que a webcam funcionaria perfeitamente com os passos:

grab the .bz2 file
extract and change directory
in terminal type "make" no quotes take about 5 mins
then type "sudo make install"
reboot
Alguém sabe como reverter o processo?
Li sobre o make uninstall mas não consegui descobrir o diretório de
instalação.
