sur debian-hurd il y a eu un refus de parler vmware (propriétaire) avec un conseil pour utiliser bochs à la place (et pas plex86) mais c'était pour faire tourner GNU et pas windaube. No idea about about Plex86, but I think Jeroen tried it and didn't succeed.
