Hi people,
I got a problem with my sempron 3100+ 1800MHz. Sometimes the cpu can
reach 1800MHz and very often the max is set to 1600MHz (acpi governor is
userspace) , and I don't know why. The only solution to take advantage
of the CPU is to desactivate ACPI.
Any idea ?
