Veig que apt també compta amb la el seu fitxer de traducció al mateix lloc: 
/usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/apt.mo
(una altra cosa és que aquest fitxer ho tradueixi tot)
aquesta traducció implicaria els programes del paquet:
apt apt-cache apt-cdrom apt-config apt-get apt-key apt-mark
