With only 32MB RAM, the installer runs out of space while "Loading
components of the Debian installer". The exact error message:

If I choose <Continue>, the installation loops trying to load vesafb and
reports:
fclose: No space left on device
Adding another 128MB RAM eliminates this problem. Eliminates !=
solves, IMO. This machine installed Woody fine, as well as FreeBSD,
OpenBSD, and NetBSD. d-i should support low RAM machines.
