I believe that if you do a netboot install, and boot up with DEBCONF_PRIORITY=low, it will ask you which version of debian to install. Pick unstable. After the installer downloads the rest of itself, you can go back and change it to testing if you really want the installed system to be sarge. -- see shy jo
