Just did my first kernel in Sarge following the Debian Reference. I used Debian kernel source for 2.4.22. The links /initrd.img and /vmlinuz both point to the new versions in boot. Lilo.conf confirms that it should be using those links. However a uname -a confirms that it is booting using the old kernel. How can this be?
