But I have configured junkbuster to listen only to my network:
deny 0.0.0.0/0
permit 192.168.42.0/24

I don't know junkbuster at all. However, as somebody before me already 
mentioned, I'd use iptables to do the job. I did it with it and the help 
of the Firewall Buch from SuSE Press. ;)
