Could be because the other side match your IP in "/etc/hosts.deny" as
"PARANOID"... this usually means that your IP has a name ("nslookup IP"
returns a name) but that name is mapped to another IP (or not mapped at
all).
You should contact your provider to fix it or (last resource) disable
this "PARANOID" on the other machine.
