/etc/logcheck/logcheck.logfiles has been introduced in logcheck version
1.1.1-7.3 (the version in unstable). Older versions do not have this
configuration file, because it is not present in the upstream package
and I have introduced it in the Debian package (the upstream maintainer
did not change the package in the last year).
