RC would be in case Britney lets it migrate to testing, which isn't the case. I requested a biNMU request a few seconds ago, so we should be fine with this one in a few hours/days. We can't track RC bugs because of a missing NMU, because otherwise the BTW would be full of uninstallability bugs (useless) and "fixed" packages will be removed from testing too (look e.g. to haskell and ocaml) I know this isn't a strong point, this is why I asked on #-release channel for some advices, feel free to disagree with me, but please followup on #866582 thanks!
