The new upstream release 26 for ngspice provides building a shared
library libngspice.so. So could you please update to this new version and
provide an additional Debian package for ngspice's shared library (e.g.,
libngspice0 + libngspice-dev).
In addition, ngspice release 26 allows to compile and link using the
faster FFTW3. Could you please consider it in the build dependencies.
