As another datapoint in favour of downgrading the bug, camelot-py uses
openpyxl in its tests, I've run its autopkgtests locally on a freshly
generated environment and they pass, so openpyxl doesn't seem to be
completely unusable.

However I don't know how extensive that usage is, and besides:

if a fix is available, of course downgrading the bug becomes less
important.
