Why did you add the files back in? The files was removed because they
didn't have any license. Even the repository on GitHub [1] which contains
the files has explicitly mention this in it's copyright notice.

I'm definitively not an expert on licensing, but I was in the belief
that not having any license is a violation against DFSG.
