Much better, thanks. Committed that. I had to do some more tweaks, but the package now builds and passes autopkgtests. 1. h5vol was never installed into debian/tmp, so dh_install failed. Reverting the h5vol changes was reasonable there. If you think h5vol is necessary to include, then it needs more work. 2. The pure-python bits of the module weren't being installed any more, so I added a .pyinstall file to install them. Presumably this could be avoided with some cmake... That's staged in git now. If you have any further improvements, let me know, or I can upload it.
