I've fixed it with a symlink_to_dir
...
libnlopt-dev ships /usr/share/doc/libnlopt-dev/examples/*, too, which
ends up as
/usr/share/doc/libnlopt0/examples/*, but these could already be files
owned by
another package.
And added a preinst to remove examples/ from libnlopt0, as it really
should not be there.
