Since the changes in 0.8.0-8, statsmodels fails its autopkgtests on
armhf, as can be seen in Ubuntu [1].
The tests that are skipped during the build [2], should be skipped
during autopkgtests as well.

The xfail patch has now been removed, and none of these tests failed.
(I don't know when it was actually fixed, or whether the fix was in
statsmodels or a lower-level library.)
