Version: 2.4.9.1
https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=names&keywords=libopencv-highgui2.4-deb0
As you can see, this package exists in Debian Stretch (oldstable) and Debian
SID (unstable), but is not present in Debian Buster (stable).
I have upgraded some computers from Stretch to Buster, but i was forced to
install this package and its dependencies from stretch.
It's possible to move it in buster or buster-backports too?

Yes, i have a third party software that crashes without that library.
Before to ask them if they can rebuild with 3.2, i wanted to check if
could be any chance to have it in Buster from SID.
I'm going to close this bug because the old OpenCV version is not going
to be shipped in Debian any more.
