Hi
#1066978 appears to be an s390 filesystem issue; on the porterbox with
68 GB free, I get a filesystem full error leading to a bad memory
allocation in LoadBin() in mathgl, opening a file.
I've downgraded the bug on mathgl to allow a transition (openmpi; h5py
would autoremove from testing along with mathgl).
Can you investigate?
Thanks
Alastair

* Rebuilding without tests for s390x because of #1066978
Downgrading the bug to normal; test failure appears to be
filesystem related, unrelated to mathgl ? but leaving for the
s390x team to investigate.
* Build-dep on python-setuptools. Closes: #1080666
