Hi,
I've made an NMU to DELAYED/3 fixing the two open RC bugs.I decided to keep the changes as minimal as possible (debdiff attached) mostly because I lack the hardware to test if it actually works.
That said it looks like the package needs a significant overhaul.The package would surely benefit from better collaboration between Ubuntu and Debian (and also upstream), so I specifically CCed Frank Heimes, who appears to be quite active within Ubuntu and Berli Gayathri.
