Hmmmm.... I was afraid it might be something like that.  Going to stretch 
might be an option 
depending the the gpg level... Will have to investigate.

jessie is end of life, and moved off mirrors.

The current stable release is stretch.

You can query this info automatically with:

$ debian-distro-info --stable
stretch

Similarly for Ubuntu too.
