Hello debian-russian, Some time ago a translation for configure-debian was submitted to me with an incorrect charset field (charset=CHARSET). Ilgiz Kalmetev is listed as the last translator, but if someone wouldn't mind having a quick look at the translation and letting me know what charset it is. I have very little knowledge of the translation process and don't generally touch the translations that are sent to me. I've attached the .po file with this email. Thank you!
