I think that it would be useful to write down what's an ideal 2-year
release cycle from the point of view of the Ruby team: what should we
focus on, when?
This release cycle was a bit strange, with the skipping of 3.2, and then
the rush at the end to move to rack3 and rails7. Everything went well in
the end (even if there's still a few RC bugs to address), but taking a
step back could be useful.
