There is an open bug report about redmine.triggers not containing the path for ruby-nokogiri.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1015751 The path is architecture specific: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/rubygems-integration In the discussion on the associated MR the question was raised if it is possible to use wildcards in the path names.
