Hi,
the package ruby-appraisal was a candidate for the Bug of the Day[1] and
so I had a look. I updated the packaging Git to latest upstream and
recent packaging standards. Unfortunately the test suite that runs after
the install process fails as you can see in Salsa CI[2].
Any help is welcome to fix this (probably by ignoring tests that are in
need of internet connection - I simply have no idea how to do this
sensibly). I'm perfectly fine if you upload the package once this is
fixed (or acceptably overriden, whatever is the best strategy in such
cases) and upload - or ping me for uploading.
I believe we should remove this package from the archive, it is a leaf
package and I think it does not worth more time spent on it. I asked for
its removal here:
