section 3.5 Packaging. The bold introduction reads "Workflow about packaging new Ruby based software for Debian can be found here." where "here" offers a cross-link. In the next section "Maintaining", the last phrase is "To know about updating a package and uploading it, visit here." as if "here" once was intended to equally redirect to an other web page. At present, "here" however does not link (any more) to an other resource. Maybe it was https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Ruby/Packaging currently used in the phrase above, or the edit of the text is incomplete.
