Author name not written in ruby-kostya-sigar

Hi,
    I was packaging "*ruby-kostya-sigar*" which is a dependency of 
/diaspora v0.7.8.0 . /Author's name was not written in the copyright 
file . So, should I directly add year-2018 and Author's name/email or 
something else has to be done .
