quick update: - gem2deb 0.39 was uploaded with the change mentioned above - in the next release of devscripts, uscan will rewrite https://pkg-ruby-extras.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/gemwatch to https://gemwatch.debian.net/ locally - the old pkg-ruby-extras.alioth.debian.org site is now hosted by DSA, and redirects to gemwatch.debian.net Now, a request: going forward, please pay attention to migrating debian/watch files away from the old hostname, so that these workarounds can be dropped at some point. updating the packaging files with `dh-make-ruby` from time to time is a good practice anyway, so please just do that.
