Now that gitlab 9.5 is in unstable, there are no more reverse dependencies for this package.
To fix https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=868851 I think the best way is to remove ruby-mustermann19. Just asking on the list because I was not the original uploader.
