I have also seen this, and I think it's the hook that marks bugs as pending in the BTS based on commits (I enabled it globally for all pkg-ruby-extras/ repositories some weeks ago). See /home/groups/pkg-ruby-extras/scripts/pkg-ruby-extras-post-receive AFAICT these error messages are harmless, though
