That's fine with me, I reverted the change. (There is now only a raw
Readme.rdoc describing briefly how to use the lib).

While using lintian, there was a warning about the debian policy being
out of date, i checked the checklist for 3.9.3 -> 3.9.4 . Everything was
in order so i just bumped the policy version.

I'll stick with Team upload, at least until I'm used to the debian
workflow and tools ;)
