Hi! In order to avoid name clash with foreman/theforeman (#663101) I decided to rename foreman to ruby-foreman.
This means I moved the repository in pkg-ruby-extras. Since our tooling does not handle removed repositories I am giving a warning. It is safe to remove the foreman repo.
