This is perfect: it surely needs on ruby lib. If it is run with either ruby interpreter, the corresponding libruby-ver is necessarily installed, and there will not be any missing dependency. On the other hand, if it depended on both, that would force the installation of the libraries of all ruby interpreters, which would bloat small installs. I find this way is the best.
