Dear release team, Does the transition freeze apply to library ABI changes where a transition tracker is not required?
To be specific, I want to upload a new upstream version of libzxcvbn, which introduces an ABI break, but - there is only one package in unstable depending on libzxcvbn - that package is also maintained by me - that package does not actually need to be binNMUed to work with the new libzxcvbn Please forgive me if this is documented somewhere and I've missed it. I want to make sure I don't violate the freeze. Thanks. -- Sean Whitton
