Dear Debian,
this bug could have been easily avoided if we wouldn't trust humans to
not make mistakes: by always throwing away binary uploads by the
maintainers.
(SCNR to point this out. But I find it wrong, to blame someone for some
mistakes, if the bigger mistake is not having structures to prevent such
mistakes systematically.)
