Mini-transition of libcutl. It has 1.8 soname in Sid and 1.9 in experimental, but I plan to upload soname 1.10 version. May I upload it directly to Sid or should I target experimental first? The only affected binary is odb which can be binNMUed. Libraries are co-installable.
If you have tested odb and it builds correctly with the new library, you may upload directly to sid.
