Some php-* packages, built with an older pkg-php-tools, incorrectly depends on php5 instead of php5-common. php5 pulls a web-server which is not intented. As php-auth-sasl can be used in a non-webserver setup, it deserves a fix (#793948). Actually, I went too fast, and already uploaded to sid and jessie-updates.
