The BTS metadata for #798348 indicates that the bug affects the version
of ruby-tzinfo in unstable - is that correct? If so, please fix the
package in unstable first; if not, please fix the metadata.
Thanks for the patch, however in order to approve an upload we'd need a
(source) debdiff of a package that's been built and tested on Jessie.
