I expect both rdeps can be updated with or without libopenconnect5, but
not positive yet.
I am looking at updating network-manager-openconnect soon, I'll have a
stronger answer then.
As I reported in #784922, I'm unfortunately unable to build the
plasma-nm source package in experimental, it looks like a major upgrade
and is unbuildable for now [1]. But by my reading of upstream git [2],
it should be backwards compatible.
