Filed as #783196. Note that disks with children essentially means DRBD-backed instances, so I guess that's enough to check if someone is affected. Also the manual workaround (patching cfgupgrade) is documented in this bug report, referred to by the release notes. I also added a section with general notes on cluster upgrades, addressing some of the issues mentioned by users on IRC during the last couple of days.
