Please unblock package gcc-arm-none-eabi
Hello release team, I am asking for an unblock because it is necessary
to fix two RC bugs on this package.
1) https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=760911
2) https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=775425
Bug number 1 is about a wrong rtl optimization that was introduced in
gcc and I have backported the fix from gcc-4.9 to gcc-4.8. With this bug
it is impossible to cross build the linux kernel so because of that I
think it is really important to fix it in jessie.
Bug number 2 is a FTBFS because was introduced in testing a new
version of gcc and it is necessary to update the patch applied from
the gcc ARM branch. I am going to change this on the next releases but
for now I have limited myself to only make changes that are necessary
to fix the bug.

Unblocked, thanks.
Please consider not including the .git in your package in the future
though (E.g. by *after* the freeze, use one of the 3.0 source format to
have it excluded automatically). In your diff, this makes up the
majority of the "changes"
Thanks,
~Niels
